What can I do if I haven't received my wallet card?

We print and ship all wallet cards from the past week every Tuesday.
You can expect a wallet card to be delivered within 14 days.

If delivery fails, the wallet card is returned to our mailing address, usually within a month from the shipping date. In that case, we will email the customer about this situation and arrange a new delivery.

Is a wallet card required, or is it optional?

All our courses will come with a PDF certificate at the end of the program.

This PDF file will have two pages: a standard certificate and a wallet-size training record.
The employer should store certificates, while the employee should always carry wallet cards during work.

The add-on purchase of a wallet card is not required. However, it is convenient for customers who would like a high-quality card without wasting time making their own from the PDF certificate received at the end of the program.

If you do not have the time to make your laminated wallet card, you may find it rather convenient to order this card directly from us.
