Wallet cards from the past week are printed and shipped every Tuesday, and delivery typically takes up to 14 days.
If delivery fails, the card is returned to our mailing address — usually within a month of the shipping date. When that happens, we email you and arrange a new delivery.
Is a wallet card required, or is it optional?
Optional. Every course already ends with a PDF certificate of two pages: a standard certificate and a wallet-size training record.
The employer should store the certificates; the employee should carry the wallet card during work.
The add-on wallet card exists for convenience: a high-quality, ready-made card for customers who would rather not cut and laminate their own from the PDF.
