Certain courses marked as blended training may require workplace specific hands-on practical evaluation.

For such courses, our platform will provide you with the theoretical training and evaluation, which can be done online, and a certificate is issued for that part.

On top of that, we also provide you with templates/resources needed to complete the workplace specific training. The evaluation part of this process is done however, by a competent person from or contracted by your company. This role is usually filled by a workplace supervisor or employer.

In most cases, this question is addressed to us by individuals who took their training with a different company. As a private company, we can only store and access our customers' data. If you did your training with another company, you need to contact them to receive a copy of your certificate. Under the Act, employers are responsible to select the appropriate level of training and pay for these programs. Due to this, certain employer may have preferences as per the type of programs they prefer.
