Do I have to assign the courses immediately after purchasing them?

When you make a purchase on eSafetyFirst, the course credits do not expire. This means that if you pay for 30 courses but you end up using only 20, the remaining 10 credits will be available in your account until you actually use them.

Is there a pricing difference between Group and Individual Training?

No. The price is the same for both methods of training. The only difference between them is how the training system works.

Can I export/import the program in our own LMS?

No. In order to be able to control the access, distribution and editorial rights to our content, we do not provide access to the programs outside our own platform.

Can I get a demo account?

We offer platform demo and course demo directly within this product page. These features, along with a 100% refund policy for failing to provide what is promised on the product page, should suffice in evaluating our services. We do not provide trial or demo accounts because we have certain T&C which can only be enforced by entering a commercial agreement.

How can I find my certificate?

In most cases, this question is addressed to us by individuals who took their training with a different company. As a private company, we can only store and access our customers' data. If you did your training with another company, you need to contact them to receive a copy of your certificate. If you are a customer of eSafetyFirst.com, then all you have to do is to Login into your account from the top right corner of our website, and you can, at any time, download a copy of the certificate you received from us.

Do you provide classroom training?

No. Our company offers only online and blended training options.

Are these programs recognized by my employer or in x industry?

All our programs are developed using the latest standards of training and always updated with legislative changes and requirements.

Under the Act, employers are responsible to select the appropriate level of training and pay for these programs. Due to this, certain employer may have preferences as per the type of programs they prefer.
