I paid for a wallet card but I have not received it. What can I do?

In most cases, this problem arises from the simple fact that you have not requested the card to be delivered. When you make a purchase for the wallet card, the first step is to finish the course for which you purchased this card and then request it from inside the “Wallet Cards” menu.

This extra step is required because some information which is optional with a course purchase becomes required with a wallet card purchase (Company Name & Postal Code).

In the event that a wallet card shipment is returned to our mailing address, we will notify the customer about this situation via email and arrange for a new delivery.
