I have purchased the course but nothing happens when I click Start Course. What to do?

When you make a purchase, you can opt to invite someone else to take the course or you can start the course for yourself. If you have opted to invite someone else, then your course credit has been used which is why you can no longer start that course from your account.

In in this situation, you will need to purchase another course credit so you can also start the training from your account.
